Easy steps to using our shop
STEP 1: Browse?

Find the items you wish to buy

Search boxes are located on the top of every page. You will also find links to browse our different categories under the shop menu item. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its details, including different variations in colour.

STEP 2: Add to cart?

Found the products you want to buy?

Choose the colour variation you want and then click on Add to cart.

Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart icon at the top of your page or by clicking on the cart heading on your side widget in the shop.

STEP 3. Checkout?

Once you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the cart icon on the top of the page. That will show you all the items you have put into your shopping cart, including the colours you have selected.

If you’re happy with your choice, you can click the Checkout button.

You will now be prompted to fill in your billing details. If you would like to have your product delivered to a different address, then click on the  

Fill in any order notes you may have.

Choose your payment method.

Accept our Terms and Conditions.

Then place your order.

You will be redirected to an order summary page after the order and been completed. Please print this page for your records.

NOT SURE IF YOU ARE READY TO BUY??

Want to browse a little more before you make up your mind? Click on the star icon next to the Add to cart button to add to wishlist. This will save the item in a folder called My Wishlist. You can view this item at any time by clicking on MY WISHLIST ON POTS ONLINE.

If you still can’t make up your mind, why not ask a friend for her or his opinion? Click on the Facebook icon and share the item on your timeline, put the word out via Twitter, share on your Google+ page or pin to your board on Pinterest.

What are my colour options when ordering a pot??

Before adding a product to your cart, you have the option of choosing one of our standard colour variations. If you would like a custom colour, please contact us directly with your pantone, so we can advise.

How long will my order take to be ready??

All our pots take 10-15 working days to completion. If you have chosen for your product to be delivered, as apposed to self collection, please allow an additional 3-5 working days.

I'm Experiencing Technical Difficulties?

Please call our helpline (011 708 7878) or send a mail to sales@ddgroup.co.za. We’ll guide you through the store and help where we can. Our customer support centre is open Monday – Thursday : 08h00 – 17h00 and Friday 08h00 – 15h00. We will need some details in order to assist you as quickly as possible – if you are sending us an email, please include a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing, if possible

How Do I Use My Coupon/Voucher Code??

Voucher/ Coupon codes can be entered as part of the checkout process. Enter your voucher / coupon code into the applicable field and click Redeem.
